Summary:

皇冠体育app pilot experienced a lack of tail rotor authority and elected to do a run-on landing at Manchester Barton. 皇冠体育app helicopter veered after landing and the tail rotor struck the ground. 皇冠体育app lack of tail rotor control was due to the separation of the flange on the tail rotor pitch change bearing.
