Regulation 2 of these Regulations corrects errors in the Equine Identification (England) Regulations 2018 (S.I. 2018/761) (鈥渢he Equine ID Regulations鈥�). Regulation 3 of these Regulations ensures that the English legislation, which implements and provides enforcement powers for EU law regarding equine identification, will continue to be operable in England after the UK leaves the EU. 皇冠体育appy also correct minor errors in the English law.
