鈥嬧�嫽使谔逵齛pp Building Safety Act 2022 established new legal duties for landlords and building owners of鈥痟igher-risk residential buildings to keep their building safe.

鈥嫽使谔逵齛ppre will be an ongoing cost associated with complying with some of these building safety duties, which can be passed to leaseholders through the service charge.

鈥嬧�婽his consultation and call for evidence seeks views on:

  • 鈥媡he proposed transparency requirements associated with the ongoing costs of the new building safety regime
  • 鈥媡he administrative and operational changes needed to implement the new transparency requirements
