• South Wales Fire and Rescue Service roundabout
• Coed-Ely roundabout

Councillor Andrew Morgan OBE, Leader of Rhondda Cynon Taf Council, and cabinet member for Infrastructure and Investment, said:

皇冠体育app dualling scheme is a priority investment to significantly improve local connectivity to the strategic Rhondda Gateway region, by improving traffic flow in this busy commuter area. It will unlock the former colliery site, Parc Coed-El谩i, which is the location of the council鈥檚 new modern business unit, with the wider site being developed by Welsh Government. 皇冠体育app scheme will also improve active travel provision for the local community at Coed-Ely.

Improvements to support sustainable travel

Cyclists and pedestrians will also benefit.

• a new bridge south of Coed-Ely roundabout to encourage commuters to choose walking or cycling
