Unlocking land for new homes

Empty and redundant buildings at Civic Offices and Coronation Road within the town centre will be demolished to free up land for developers to build new homes for families and first-time buyers.聽

Improving pedestrian and cycle access

皇冠体育app Levelling Up funding will also support the creation of a safe cycle route from Ellesmere Port train station to the market. New secure cycle parking will also be installed around the market.
