- a benefits advice centre
When the property went up for sale, church members vigorously fundraised. This included a sponsored 72 hour fast, which raised over 拢20,000 and collecting donations from church members worth 拢150,000.

With the Community Ownership Fund, the future of the foodbank and other services that run out of the Jubilee Centre are assured.
