GCN service providers have signed the Deed of Undertakings (DoU) which commits them to providing a GCN service. 皇冠体育app DoU references the PSN technical interoperability obligations and the broader service obligations that apply to all network service providers, including the GCN. On this page we provide a copy of the DoU itself and the specific GCN obligations for the provision of management information on incidents, problems, trend analysis, service deployments and financial data.
