- Network Rail鈥檚 outputs and funding in between 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2024, which in turn may determine the service:
- passengers and freight customers receive
- taxpayers pay for
- the access charges for Network Rail鈥檚 passenger, freight and charter train operator customers
- the wider 鈥榬egulatory framework鈥�, including the financial framework for Network Rail including incentives
