We received 25 responses from individuals, businesses, trade bodies and other organisations.
»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp responses were generally technical in nature in response to the specific design of the proposed contractual terms.
°Õ³ó±ðÌýICC and Waste ICC contracts will be used in the due diligence and negotiations stages of the CCUS Cluster Sequencing process for Track-1.

Following business model updates in 2020 and 2021, this consultation seeks views on the business model for Industrial Carbon Capture (ICC). It covers:
- proposed ICC Terms and Conditions and ICC Front End Agreement
This consultation will be of interest to CCUS stakeholders, including:
- investors and developers in potential CCUS projects
- the energy sector
- industry, including energy intensive industries
- the waste sector
but any organisation or individual is welcome to respond.
