Seeking views on a proposed new annex to the that would set out more detail for the climate change regimes.

皇冠体育app Environment Agency鈥檚 current enforcement and sanctions guidance sets out a general framework for enforcement and contains principles which apply on an overarching basis.

皇冠体育app Environment Agency will review public responses before they finalise and publish their approach. When the overall enforcement and sanctions guidance is next reviewed, they will also consider further integration of the climate change annex with the main body of the document.
