皇冠体育app proposals in this consultation, which form part of a package of measures to simplify consumer law, seek to:

  • simplify enforcement officers鈥� investigatory powers into a single set
  • remove barriers to Trading Standards operating efficiently

皇冠体育app proposals also aim to reduce burdens on business, by requiring businesses to be given reasonable notice of officers鈥� routine visits unless there are good reasons for them to be unannounced.
