Consultation description
皇冠体育app Trade Secrets Directive seeks to address the uneven protection of trade secrets across the EU. It provides minimum standards for measures, procedures and remedies that holders of trade secrets can rely on in cases of unlawful acquisition, use, or disclosure.
皇冠体育app government has launched a technical consultation on draft regulations to transpose the Directive into UK law. 皇冠体育app government is seeking stakeholders鈥� views on the approach taken in the regulations.
