This consultation seeks views on HSE鈥檚 revised approved code of practice 鈥淢anaging and working with asbestos鈥�.

皇冠体育app proposed draft consolidates the 2 existing approved codes of practice on asbestos (L127 鈥溁使谔逵齛pp management of asbestos in non-domestic premises鈥� and L143 鈥漌ork with materials containing asbestos鈥�) into a single document.

皇冠体育app approved code of practice has been revised in response to Professor L枚fstedt鈥檚 independent review of health and safety legislation 鈥楻eclaiming health and safety for all鈥�. 皇冠体育app consultation aims to establish if the changes make it easier for employers to understand and meet their legal obligations.
