This consultation seeks views on the principle of proposed amendments to the existing Family Procedure Rules and supporting Practice Directions. 皇冠体育app proposals are intended to strengthen the existing provisions around attendance at Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (鈥淢IAMs鈥�) and to encourage more people to attend mediation or other forms of non-court dispute resolution (鈥淣CDR鈥�). 皇冠体育app consultation will run from 30 March 2023 until 25 May 2023.
