This consultation seeks feedback on proposed amendments to the and . 皇冠体育appse regulations define which EAPC are not treated as motor vehicles on Great Britain鈥檚 roads and set out technical requirements.

皇冠体育app Department for Transport proposes to remove some restrictions placed on EAPC, by aligning with the lastest European classification and industry standards. 皇冠体育app aim of these proposals is to widen the choice of vehicles for manufacturers, retailers and consumers whilst maintaining or improving safety standards.
