Consultation description

In the , the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) confirmed that we would levy infrastructure cost charges (ICCs) in control period 6 (CP6). 皇冠体育app aim of this was to recover some of Network Rail鈥檚 fixed costs. ORR decided that the charges would apply to new or substantially modified open access rail services running in the interurban market.

皇冠体育app purpose of this consultation is to finalise 3 remaining issues. We are seeking feedback on:

  • the definition of interurban market segment
  • the definition of a substantial modification to an existing service
  • related changes to the 鈥榥ot primarily abstractive鈥� (NPA) test
