Considers the most appropriate regulatory treatment of air traffic control charges for the London Approach Service consistent with European Union regulations and Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) statutory duties.

Results from this consultation will help inform the CAA鈥檚 decision and preparation of the UK鈥檚 contribution to the draft FAB Performance Plan for the UK and Ireland, expected for consultation in February 2014.
