We received 76 responses to this consultation. 皇冠体育app Statutory Instrument to amend regulations and allow MMO to make changes to marine licensing fees and charges was laid in parliament on 16 July 2018. 皇冠体育app changes will come into effect on 1 September 2018.

Consultation description
We want to know what you think about our proposals to revise the marine licensing application fees. 皇冠体育appse fees apply to England, Wales and Northern Ireland offshore marine areas. 皇冠体育app changes are needed to make sure that the application fee remains in-line with the costs incurred by the Marine Management Organisation when managing applications.
We鈥檙e also seeking views on plans to introduce an online self-service portal.
