Consultation description

皇冠体育app Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is seeking feedback on proposals to amend the NATS (en route) plc (NERL) licence. 皇冠体育app proposals include modifications to:

  • a number of conditions so that NERL鈥檚 regulatory reporting is generally done on a calendar year rather than a financial year basis
  • certain conditions to harmonise more closely with CAA and EC reporting requirements
  • schedule 4 of the NERL licence which defines a number of 鈥榮pecified services鈥�, or support and ancillary services, that NERL is required to make available under its licence
