Consultation description

We consulted you about the on 12 July 2013. Chapter 8 covered some proposed changes to conditions in Network Rail鈥檚 network licence.

This document sets out our conclusions and a formal statutory consultation on our updated proposals. Subject to this consultation and Network Rail鈥檚 consent, we intend to make the changes proposed no later than 1 April 2014 when CP5 starts. 皇冠体育app changes are mainly to clarify, streamline and simplify obligations.
