皇冠体育app Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy is minded to accept legally binding undertakings offered in the proposed acquisition of Meggitt plc, a UK defence and aerospace company, by Parker-Hannifin, an American motion-control and aerospace corporation.
皇冠体育app draft undertakings are published for consultation in accordance with the process set out in the Enterprise Act 2002. 皇冠体育app Secretary of State will consider any representations made before making a decision about whether to accept the undertakings.
