On this occasion the majority of changes are dictated by the case law rather than a debate on policy. 皇冠体育app responses received have helped us to try and clarify some of the changes.

皇冠体育app Senior Traffic Commissioner鈥檚 Statutory Documents describe how traffic commissioners apply the law and take a proportionate approach in their regulatory powers. 皇冠体育appy also give advice to operators, transport managers and drivers who are regulated by traffic commissioners.
This framework is needed to ensure consistent and fair regulation of the commercial vehicle industries.
皇冠体育app documents are reviewed regularly. Many of the amendments made in this latest review recognise changes in the law and decisions made by the Upper Tribunal.
