皇冠体育app unfair commercial practices (UCP) provisions in Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the DMCC Act prohibit unfair commercial practices, replacing and updating the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

We have provided an update about this consultation and next steps in the . We will run a further consultation on some aspects of the guidance on drip pricing in the summer.
