We have been highly commended in a category of the inaugural 鈥楢nalysis in Government Awards 2020鈥� held online on 8 December 2020.

皇冠体育appre were 5 separate categories for these awards, in a competition which had been organised by the Government Analysis Function.

Pension scheme stakeholders

皇冠体育app team from the Government Actuary鈥檚 Department (GAD) was highly commended in the 鈥榗ommunication鈥� category and was one of four teams which were shortlisted.

This recognition was for our work to support Public Service Pension Scheme (PSPS) stakeholders on how the McCloud remedy could affect different groups of scheme members. Other shortlisted teams for the same award were from the Office for National Statistics, and NHS England and NHS Improvement.

Highly commended

皇冠体育app Head of PSPS, Jan Claisse said: 鈥淲e are so proud to have been nominated for these inaugural awards from the Government Analysis Function, let alone to be highly commended. This achievement is significant due to the fact there were well over 100 nominations.

鈥淚t鈥檚 a tribute to the hard work of people in a range of roles across GAD who helped contribute to this project around the impact of the McCloud judgment.鈥�
