皇冠体育app kits handed were handed over to the NDEA at their headquarters in a ceremony held on Wednesday August 14. 皇冠体育app chemical testing kits are a donation from the UK鈥檚 Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) who have been working with the NDEA for a number of years. Earlier this year in March 2013, the UK High Commission donated a specialised incinerator to the NDEA to help them safely destroy seized drugs within 皇冠体育app Gambia.
Commenting after the handing over ceremony, British High Commissioner David Morley said-
I was pleased to be able to hand over the drug testing kits earlier today as a gift from the UK drug enforcement agencies to their counterparts in 皇冠体育app Gambia. I鈥檓 confident the drug testing kits will help the NDEA in their attempts to locate and destroy drugs found in 皇冠体育app Gambia. 皇冠体育app UK and 皇冠体育app Gambia have shared objectives in eradicating drugs found within 皇冠体育app Gambia, much of which is bound for European markets. I know the UK Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) look forward to a continued good relationship with the NDEA and are keen to hear about future NDEA successes.
