皇冠体育app British Embassy Santiago, together with the Chile Chevening Scholars Alumni Association, hosted a seminar at the British Ambassador鈥檚 residence entitled 鈥溁使谔逵齛pp Chilean Healthcare System: Challenges and Possible Reforms.鈥� 皇冠体育app event was lead by guest speaker , who provided insights on the current healthcare system in Chile as well as what future plans are in store.

After Mr. Pavlovic麓s presentation, the Chevening Alumni in attendance, several of whom are currently working in the healthcare sector, were able to share their own thoughts and ideas by participating in a large group discussion.

During the seminar, Ambassador Fiona Clouder gave the following words of welcome:

I would like to welcome everyone to the first of three seminar sessions organised by Chevening Chile Alumni Association together with the British Embassy in Santiago.

皇冠体育appse seminars aim to engage Chile Chevening scholars in the broad debate that is taking place in Chile regarding the new public policy reforms. Today鈥檚 seminar focuses on the topic 鈥溁使谔逵齛pp Chilean Healthcare System: Challenges and Possible Reforms鈥�. Health is one of the most important issues facing all our societies.

I would like to thank Mr. Sebasti谩n Pavlovic, Superintendent of Health, for being here today as the invited speaker and we look forward to hearing his insights on the current healthcare system as well as what future plans are in store.

As for the Chevening scholars present, especially for those of you who have academic and professional experience in the healthcare sector, I hope that you can also share your thoughts and ideas on this important topic.
