CICA application service changes
Streamlined service available to everyone in September 2023
皇冠体育app Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) has been working on a simplified way to apply for compensation.
皇冠体育app service design is informed by extensive user research and usability testing and removes as many potential triggers for re-traumatisation as possible while ensuring we have enough information to process applications.
皇冠体育app new application service will be available to all users by 15 September 2023.
At the same time, we will be closing our on this date. This will mean any applications which have been started on this site before this date will be lost if these are not submitted before 15 September 2023.
We continue to refine and develop the new service, with save and return as its next priority.
