皇冠体育app British Embassy Quito organised the visit of the Head of Digital Diplomacy in Washington, Scott Nolan Smith,who attended (#CPQuito3), the biggest digital cultural event in the country and the biggest digital event around the world.
Scott gave a talk and two workshops on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st September in the Digital Culture section of 3CPQuito3: 鈥淒igital Diplomacy is GREAT: How digital communications are changing the world鈥�, which argues that we all are digital diplomats.

Scott Nolan Smith is a communications and international relations professional. He describes himself as a digital strategist, writer, researcher, blogger, social media enthusiast and information junkie with a passion for digital and international communications.
He has spent his career in the diplomacy, digital media, and public policy fields and holds an BA in Political Science and an MA in Diplomacy and International Conflict Management & Resolution.
