PM phone call with President Obama: 2 March 2014

David Cameron and Barack Obama spoke about events in Ukraine.

Following the phone call, a Downing Street spokesperson said:

皇冠体育app Prime Minister and President Obama spoke at 9pm tonight.

皇冠体育appy agreed that Russia鈥檚 actions were completely unacceptable. 皇冠体育appy agreed on the urgent need for de-escalation and for Russia to engage in a dialogue directly with Ukraine.

皇冠体育appy agreed there must be 鈥渟ignificant costs鈥� to Russia if it did not change course on Ukraine.
