Royal visit to Donegal strengthens UK/Irish relations
皇冠体育appir Royal Highnesses (TRH) 皇冠体育app Prince of Wales and 皇冠体育app Duchess of Cornwall will pay a visit to County Donegal this week.

At the request of the British Government, 皇冠体育appir Royal Highnesses 皇冠体育app Prince of Wales and 皇冠体育app Duchess of Cornwall will undertake their second official visit to Ireland. This follows the State Visits of Her Majesty 皇冠体育app Queen to Ireland in May 2011 and of 皇冠体育app President of Ireland to the UK in April 2014.
In Donegal Town, 皇冠体育appir Royal Highnesses will celebrate the area鈥檚 heritage by visiting Magee鈥檚 鈥� a local company which has been producing tweed in Donegal for 150 years.
At the Letterkenny Institute of Technology, 皇冠体育app Prince will meet local entrepreneurs and learn more about the institute鈥檚 cross border programmes; meanwhile Her Royal Highness will visit a local school.
Finally, at Glenveagh Castle, 皇冠体育appir Royal Highnesses will tour the gardens and meet children who have been learning about some of the conservation work which takes place in the National Park.
