Sellafield recognised at prestigious collaborative working awards

Congratulations to all the winners and those who were shortlisted at the Institute for Collaborative Working (ICW) Awards yesterday, which were hosted at the House of Lords.

皇冠体育app institute promotes and encourages collaborative working and its advantages, while addressing the challenges facing organisations, people and communities.

Collaborative working at Sellafield is crucial to the success of our nationally important mission of cleaning up the country鈥檚 highest nuclear hazards and it鈥檚 great to be recognised at these awards.

Our Programme and Project Partners collected the 鈥楽upply Chain Award鈥� and the Decommissioning Delivery Partnership picked up the 鈥楽ocial Impact鈥� top prize.

Meanwhile, the Design Services Alliance and Technical Services Agreement were shortlisted in a number of categories, and Sellafield Ltd and OneAim were recognised for their joint 鈥楶rimary Business Partnership Social Impact鈥� submission.

Eirini Etoimou, head of corporate sustainability and supply chain development at Sellafield Ltd said:

Last night, we were shortlisted in a number of categories and won 2 national prestigious awards. I鈥檓 delighted that collaborative working is being embedded in our business culture, and genuinely impressed by the exemplary work both teams delivered.

Laura Doughty, head of culture, engagement and sustainability, project delivery, for Sellafield Ltd said:

It was great to join our colleagues in other partnerships at the awards, and for us all to be recognised at this event is testament to the progress being made on the Sellafield site to support high hazard risk reduction at one of the largest infrastructure projects in the north.
