Update on DBS customer contact centre services
DBS' Contact Centre will be closed over the bank holiday weekend and will be resuming with revised opening hours from Tuesday 2 April.
Our Contact Centre will be operating under reduced hours over the March and April bank holiday.
皇冠体育app Contact Centre will be closed from Friday 29 March to Monday 1 April.
Please note, from Tuesday 2 April our Contact Centre operating hours will be Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (except public holidays).
Core DBS services and turnaround times for DBS checks and barring decisions will not be affected, and employers and customers should continue to access our services as normal.鈥�
Online services such as the鈥�Update Service鈥痑苍诲鈥�online tracking鈥痺ill also be available as usual.
