Investment and change committee

  • governs the development of changes
  • approves all investment approvals and contracts over 拢500,000
  • examines how we run projects and programmes
  • tracks how and when the benefits of our projects happen

Procurement assurance is part of the agenda when the committee meets, so all contract awards are examined.

Service management groups

We have service management groups for our main services, like driving tests, enforcement and MOT. 皇冠体育appy look at whether we need to change the way we do things to provide those services.
