皇冠体育app National Crime Agency Remuneration Review Body (NCARRB) make independent recommendations to the government on the pay and allowances of National Crime Agency (NCA) officers designated with operational powers. 皇冠体育appse officers are subject to legislative restrictions on industrial action. 皇冠体育app NCA was established by the Crime and Courts Act 2013 and became operational on 7 October 2013. 皇冠体育app NCARRB was established under the National Crime Agency (Remuneration Review Body) Regulations which came into force on 29 August 2013. Members of the NCARRB are also members of the Police Remuneration Review Body (PPRB).

Responsibilities

We are responsible for:

  • making recommendations on the pay and allowances of NCA officers designated with operational powers
  • considering written evidence from the Home Office, the NCA, trades unions and other interested parties
  • conducting research on pay and related matters
  • visiting the NCA to meet with officers with operational powers and management to gather information and views on pay and related issues
