Hannah Payne has a shared role with Jo Fiddian as Head of Transformation at the Legal Aid Agency (LAA). Her previous roles include:

- Deputy Principle Private Secretary to Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice

皇冠体育app vision of the transformation team is to lead the transformation of the LAA, through innovation, collaboration and inclusion, creating a better experience for everyone.
皇冠体育app team works closely with LAA Digital and teams across the LAA to implement change. This includes improvements to our digital services, as well as implementing policy changes.
