John Vickerman
Biography
John Vickerman is a global HR leader with over 30 years of senior director experience in the UK and internationally. He has spearheaded numerous high-profile projects at prestigious organisations, including the BBC, BP Plc, C&W, and the MOD Navy.
Following a four-year tenure as Chief Human Resources Officer for a leading Middle Eastern tech company, John鈥檚 most recent role was at Fujitsu, where he successfully led the UK&I business through a major transition programme and managed Employee Relations across Europe.
John is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (FCIPD) and a Leadership Fellow of St George鈥檚 House, Windsor Castle. He holds a master鈥檚 degree in business administration (MBA) and is a qualified Executive Coach with Henley Management College.
