Jonathan Brenton was born in Uganda in 1965. He studied English literature at Bristol, Boston and Cambridge Universities, where he completed a PhD. Jonathan is married, his wife Sayana was born in Tuva in Siberia. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýappy met and married in Moscow and have three children. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp family speak Russian as well as English at home.
