This document sets out our strategy for tackling bovine tuberculosis (TB) - an infectious disease of cattle - in England.

皇冠体育app aim of the strategy is to achieve Officially Bovine Tuberculosis Free (OTF) status for England by 2038. 皇冠体育app strategy has been produced after extensive consultation.

皇冠体育app strategy sets out a comprehensive and adaptive, risk-based and staged approach informed by the best available evidence and scientific and veterinary advice, and drawing upon demonstrably successful approaches to address bovine TB from around the world.

皇冠体育app strategy will involve partnership working with a range of stakeholders, achieving a fair balance of costs and supported responsibility and working effectively in the European Union.
