At the request of Welsh Ministers, the Government Actuary鈥檚 Department carried out an actuarial valuation of the Wales firefighters鈥� scheme as at 31 March 2016. 皇冠体育app valuation was undertaken in accordance with the Public Service Pensions (valuations and employer cost cap) Directions 2014 (as amended), which specify certain assumptions and require other assumptions to be Welsh Ministers鈥� best estimates.
