This is the final report of the independent Airline Insolvency Review. 皇冠体育app review looked into passenger protections in the event of an airline or travel company becoming insolvent. 皇冠体育app report sets out the:

  • analysis performed
  • conclusions the review drew
  • final recommendations made by the review

We have also published supporting evidence information comprising of 6 research reports. 皇冠体育appse reports, commissioned with external consultants during the review, supplied evidence and recommendations which informed the final report.

This report replaces the recommendations made in the which was originally an outcome of the Airline Insolvency Review: a call for evidence.
