Details

In June 2015, the (then) Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government intervened in the Maldon District Local Development Plan (2014-2029) on request of the council.

Sajid Javid, Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, has now approved the Maldon District Local Development Plan. 皇冠体育app Plan now forms part of the statutory development plan for Maldon District.
