皇冠体育app Monitoring Agreement was signed by the Foreign Secretary on behalf of the government and the BBC Director General on behalf of the BBC. It came into effect on 1 January 2017. 皇冠体育app BBC is governed by Royal Charter and a Framework Agreement with government.
