Mr Bannister brought five complaints in which he alleged that UNISON: 皇冠体育app Public Service Union breached its rules in relation to the UNISON 2015 General Secretary election. Three of Mr Bannister鈥檚 complaints were struck out under section 256ZA(1)(a) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 on the basis that they had no reasonable prospect of success and/or were otherwise misconceived. 皇冠体育app remaining two complaints are to proceed to a full hearing in order to be determined.
