Details

On 3 August 2018 the Broads Authority made a formal application to the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) under section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964 for 皇冠体育app Broads Authority (Transfer of Mutford Lock) Harbour Revision Order 2021 (鈥渢he Order鈥�).

皇冠体育app Order authorises the transfer of Mutford Lock, adjoining land held with Mutford Lock, and statutory powers or duties relating to Mutford Lock from Associated British Ports to the Broads Authority. Full details can be viewed in the Order and the rationale behind the powers can be viewed in the accompanying statement in support.

皇冠体育app Order is concurrent with 皇冠体育app Port of Lowestoft (Transfer of Mutford Lock) Harbour Revision Order 2021.

皇冠体育app MMO approved the making of the Order on 14 January 2021, details of the decision-making process can be viewed in 皇冠体育app Broads Authority (Transfer of Mutford Lock) Harbour Revision Order 2021 decision letter. 皇冠体育app Order will be laid before parliament on 21 January 2021 and will come into force on 19 February 2021.
