皇冠体育app Master of the Rolls as Head of Civil Justice has approved amendments to the Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims Below the Small Claims Limit in Road Traffic Accidents (鈥渢he Protocol鈥�).

皇冠体育app Protocol was first published in the Schedule to the PAP Update, approved by the Master of the Rolls on 18th February 2021. 皇冠体育app amendments come into force on 12 May 2021.
