皇冠体育app purpose of this divisional circular letter is to bring to attention to all building control bodies and other interested parties the conditions a conservatory or porch must comply with to benefit from the exemptions in regulations 9(1) and 21(4) of and Schedule 2, Class 7 to the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) and the potential effect of further work on an exempt conservatory or porch.
