皇冠体育appse reports give an overview of the progress made on identifying and remediating contaminated land under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. 皇冠体育appy cover progress from 2000 to 2013.

皇冠体育appy are published as part of the Environment Agency鈥檚 statutory duty under Part 2A to publish 鈥榝rom time to time鈥� a report on the state of contaminated land in England and Wales. From 1 April 2013, the Environment Agency鈥檚 responsibilities in Wales were transferred to .

皇冠体育app Environment Agency prepares the reports using information collected from local councils. 皇冠体育appy also used their own information on special sites which they regulate under Part 2A.
