If there is a mistake on your Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate, the dispute and fingerprint consent forms and guidance explain what to do to raise a dispute with DBS, and what you need to do if you have to provide fingerprints.
皇冠体育app form should only be used for Standard and Enhanced certificate dispute, and cannot be used to raise a dispute relating to a Basic certificate.
