If there is a mistake on your Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate, the dispute and fingerprint consent forms and guidance explain what to do to raise a dispute with DBS, and what you need to do if you have to provide fingerprints.
»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp form should only be used for Standard and Enhanced certificate dispute, and cannot be used to raise a dispute relating to a Basic certificate.
