Updated to replace all references to the Public Contract Regulations 2015 with the Procurement Act 2023, which came into force on 24 February 2025. 皇冠体育app prompt payment policy has been updated: all public procurement contracts must include a 30-day payment term, which is implied even if not explicitly written into contracts.
