This document sets out the plan for a new national minimum threshold for eligibility criteria for adult care and support. 皇冠体育app Department of Health is inviting discussion on the proposals as well as the draft regulations. An analysis of the implications of the draft regulations has also been included in the document. 皇冠体育app discussions on this will continue until the Care Bill completes its passage through Parliament.
